Books I Want to Reread

Hello everyone!

I’ve been in this destructive mood lately where all I want to do is reread. I’ll look at my TBR, that is only getting longer, and feel this need to reread old favourites to see if they hold up or reread before the tv show or movie releases.

Below, I listed five books/series I want to reread for various reasons, the date I last read it, and what I’m hoping to get out of a reread.

Back in my old BookTube days, Angelfall came out of left field. All of a sudden everyone was reading and absolutely loving this series. Angels are still some of my favourite fantastical beings, so I can’t wait to see if Angelfall still holds up.

Vampire Academy has a new adaptation by Peacock coming out that I’m excited to check out. I remember buying the entire series used and binging it, so I’m excited to familiarize myself with the story again and see if it holds up.

This series is one of my all-time favourites. I could not get enough of it when I first discovered it back in 2012. It held up during my last reread, I’m sure it will again.

I was scrolling through Insta the other day, and seen a post with stills from the The Summer I Turned Pretty TV show! I didn’t know it was being adapted, so a reread is in order.

Last, but certainly not least… Percy Jackson. We all know about the TV show over at Disney. I want to get a reread in before casting and stills start to release. Too late, they casted Percy!!
