The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Wow.. I’m about 40% through and it is something else. Flames of Chaos is crude and filled with unnecessary profanity. There are hints of a plot underneath all the profanity and sexual violence. At this point, I’m just reading it so I can write a proper review.

I picked up Ice Planet Barbarians because of BookTok. Obviously. I just had to know what it was all about and since it’s only 180 pages I didn’t have an excuse to say no. Ice Planet Barbarians is exactly what you think it is. It’s a ridiculous and spicy story about aliens with large ribbed penises looking for love. Will I read the next novel? No.

The Perfect Ruin is a slow burn thriller that left me satisfied in the end. The end of the novel hits readers fast and furious as there are so many twists and turns in the final reveal. At first, the reveal didn’t feel earned but as the explanation continued I couldn’t pick up my jaw from the floor.

Four stars

After Flames of Chaos I’ll need a palate cleanser. What’s better than a nonfiction novel exploring the new era of feminism?

What about you? What are your three Ws this Wednesday? Have you read any of the books mentioned above?
