Monthly TBR | November 2019

Hello everyone!

As we move into the penultimate month of the year, I’m going to try to focus on reading the books I’ve had on my TBR for what feels like the beginning of time.

Last month, I wasn’t able to read The Nanny by Gilly Macmillan and The Gutter Prayer by Gareth Hanrahan. I was planning on reading these two during the last few days of October, but The Burning White by Brent Weeks released October 22, so that 900 page baby will be taking up the rest of my time in October.

I added The Bronze Horseman to this month’s TBR as a sort of bonus book. I want to read it before the end of the year, but I’ve heard it’s a good winter book so I may wait until December or January.

I’m very much looking forward to rereading Skyward in preparation for Starsight! I most likely will not be able to read Starsight in November since I’m planning on purchasing the UK cover from Book Depository, so it won’t be delivered in time.

So, without further ado….

The Killing Moon (Dreamblood #1) – N.K. Jemisin

The Gutter Prayer (The Black Iron Legacy #1) – Gareth Hanrahan

The Bronze Horseman – Paullina Simons

The Beautiful – Renee Ahdieh

Flowers for Algernon – Daniel Keyes

The Secret History – Donna Tartt

Skyward (Skyward #1) – Brandon Sanderson

Starsight (Skyward #2) – Brandon Sanderson

Have you read any of these? What did you think? What’s on your November TBR?
