Monthly TBR |October 2019

Happy October!

I always try to make my October TBR spooky and this year I think I managed to do it! I’m continuing my Karin Slaughter series read with book number four then diving into one of my most anticipated book for the month of December, The Wives.

Broken (Will Trent #4) – Karin Slaughter
The Butterfly Girl (Naomi Cottle #2) – Rene Denfeld
The Play (Briar U #3) – Elle Kennedy
Every Little Piece of Me – Amy Jones
The Gutter Prayer (The Black Iron Legacy #1) – Gareth Ryder-Hanrahan
The Nanny – Gilly Macmillan
The Wives – Tarryn Fisher
White Sand Volume 3 – Brandon Sanderson

Have you read any of these? What did you think? What’s on your October TBR?

  1. I finished The Play and really enjoyed it 😀

But, I also tried to make my October tbr spooky, and added a couple thrillers to the mix and actually finished The Nanny – Gilly Macmillan a couple days ago. The audiobook was really good!

  2. I am curious about The Wives. I haven’t seen many reviews of it, I’m wondering if it’s as suspenseful as it looks. Also curious to see what you think of The Gutter Prayer!

    1. I am so EXCITED to read The Wives. I think I’m going to pick it up soon, so I’ll keep posted!
I’m hoping I love The Gutter Prayer as much as I want to. There’s a few people I follow who have loved it, so fingers crossed.
