The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading:

triptych

In the city of Atlanta, women are dying—at the hands of a killer who signs his work with a single, chilling act of mutilation. Leaving behind enough evidence to fuel a frenzied police hunt, this cunning madman is bringing together dozens of lives, crossing the boundaries of wealth and race. And the people who are chasing him must cross those boundaries too. Among them is Michael Ormewood, a veteran detective whose marriage is hanging by a thread—and whose arrogance and explosive temper are threatening his career. And Angie Polaski, a beautiful vice cop who was once Michael’s lover before she became his enemy.

But another player has entered the game: a loser ex-con who has stumbled upon the killer’s trail in the most coincidental of ways—someone who may be the key to breaking the case wide open…

I just started Triptych, but I can already tell it’s going to be great. Slaughter never disappoints. I read the third book in the series, Genesis, so I’m going back to the beginning.

Recently Finished:

Captain's Fury

Absolutely incredible. What else is there to say? There are only got two books left and I can already feel the hangover. Full review to come.

Yuck… I tried with this one. I really did. After reading the first novel, Cruel Intentions, I asked not to be included for the ARC program for this series. I guess they didn’t get my request, so I read it anyway. Bully romances are not for me, but this goes beyond bully romance.

What’s Next?

I am so pumped for The Bone Ships! I’ve heard nothing but great things about RJ Barker.
Obligatory reread of The Handmaid’s Tale in preparation for The Testaments!!

What about you? What are your three Ws this Wednesday? Have you read any of the books mentioned above?

  1. I haven’t read any of your books this week but there are definitely a couple that sound tempting. I have been thinking I should read Handmaid’s Tale before the Testament comes out.
